Gift Box Add-On

Each gift box must be added to your cart separately, with its own note specifying which items should be placed inside.

Elevate your Ashberry gifts with our seasonal gift box option. Each box arrives fully assembled and beautifully presented, ready to be received with joy: no extra wrapping or effort needed!

What’s Included

• One soft brown gift box (approx. 37×26×8.5cm)
• One 2-meter ribbon (black or white, selected to suit your items)
• One paper name tag
• One winter-themed ornament (style varies by availability)
• One protective outer cardboard box (40×30×10cm, unbranded) 

For boxes we pack on your behalf, our team will style and trim the ribbon to ensure a polished, balanced presentation.
The soft gift box is placed inside a sturdy shipping box to protect the ornament and keep your presentation pristine. The outer cardboard box may arrive with minor scuffs or marks, which are normal in transit and not considered damage.

What Fits Inside

The soft gift box can comfortably hold:
• One large clothing item or
• Two small clothing items or
• One small clothing item + one planner or
• One small clothing item + one jewelry box + one belt box

Notes on sizing:
• Tote bags do not fit in the gift box and will ship in their own packaging.
• Classic pure knit set and the cashmere coats do not fit inside the soft brown gift box and will be packed directly within the cardboard box.

How It Works

1. Add the Gift Box Add-On to your cart.
2. At checkout, fill in the note section and specify exactly which items from your order you want placed inside the gift box.
3. Items not mentioned will ship in their regular packaging.
4. Your completed gift box will be shipped to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

If you purchase more than one gift box, please leave a separate note for each box to indicate what goes where.

Please keep an eye on your email! If anything in your gift box notes is unclear or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to confirm before packing. If we are unable to reach you for clarification, the gift box will be shipped empty to avoid delays.

You may also purchase empty gift boxes.
Empty boxes include:

• One soft brown box
• One 2-meter ribbon
• One winter ornament
• One paper name tag

Ideal if you prefer to assemble your gift presentation yourself.

Tags & Pricing

All clothing packed inside a gift box will have blank Ashberry tags without prices.

Shipping

• Hong Kong orders: gift boxing does not affect free shipping eligibility.
• International orders: shipping fees will be calculated based on the final parcel weight and volumes, including the gift boxes. International shipping fees may increase with each gift box added. For international orders containing multiple gift boxes, we may contact you if additional shipping arrangements are required.

Damage & Refunds

• Minor marks on the outer cardboard box are normal and not considered damage.
• If the soft brown gift box arrives damaged, we will refund the gift box fee in the form of store credit.
• Gift boxes (empty or filled) are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped, except in the case above.
