Refund policy

1. For wrap dresses that are ready to wear, we will process the refund within 7 working days after confirming the return. For pieces that are made to order, kindly note that these items are custom-made for you and refunds can only be issued in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. If you discover a defect, please contact the Ashberry team within 7 days of receiving your order. After review and communication, if a defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days after the item is returned. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is individually tailored and made to order.

Please note: The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange:

-Slight variation in size due to human tailoring (1-3cm difference)

-Requests made after 7 days of receiving the item

-Removed tags

-Signs of wear (e.g., odor, perfume, washing, alterations)

-Minor imperfections or irregularities that do not affect wear

2. For other clothing items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, clean, and with all tags attached. All returns will go through a quality check before approval.

We offer complimentary size exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a full refund will be provided instead.

3. If you paid by credit card, your payment authorization will be cancelled. If the charge has already been processed, the refund will appear in your next month’s credit card statement, depending on your card company’s billing cycle.

4. For shoes, we’re happy to offer a full refund or one complimentary size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure every pair stays in perfect condition, items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and tried on indoors only.

If your desired size is unavailable for exchange, we will process a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are considered normal characteristics of the product and are not eligible for return or exchange as defects:

• Minor variations in stitching, finishing, shape, or construction due to the handcrafted nature of the product
• Slight marks, adhesive residue, or minor surface imperfections that do not affect wear or functionality
• Natural differences of up to 2-3mm in measurements during the manufacturing process
• Variations in fit, comfort, or wear experience due to individual foot shape, gait, or personal preference
• Slight scent from materials or adhesives upon opening, which will dissipate with ventilation
• Wrinkles, creases, or packaging damage that may occur during shipping
• Differences in color appearance due to screen settings and device displays
• Variations in logo, size, or country-of-origin markings due to the manual production process
• Natural characteristics of woven, rope, or handcrafted materials

For domestic orders, we’ll take care of shipping both ways, making your exchange completely hassle-free. For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping fees both ways.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality inspection. We may not be able to accept items that show any signs of wear or do not meet our standards. Policies may be subject to change.
