Membership Registration
You can join the membership by filling out the Terms of Use, the agreement on the privacy policy and the subscription form on the schedule form through [Membership] menu, and you can use the service free of charge as soon as you join. You do not have to enter all the information you need to enter when ordering. You can always participate in joint purchases and auction events. Members can participate in events and discounts.

Ordering Information
Ordering a product involves the following steps:

Step3: Member ID Login or non-ordered 
Step4: Order creation 
Step5: Choose a payment method and payment 
Step6: Order Success screen (order number) 

Payment Information
You can pay for the purchase price by PC Banking, Internet Banking, TeleBanking or directly from the nearest bank.  
The name of the depositor and the name of the actual depositor must match, andthe deposit must be made within 48 hours. Unpaid orders will automatically becanceled.

Shipping cost: Free for Office address: Regardless of the order amount, shipping is free. (Extra area delivery cost might needed and pay by customers)

Delivery time:
In-stock item within 7 working days
Pre-ordering, please refer to different items production time, generally it takes about 2-3 weeks except weekends / holidays 

    Your order will be produced and shipped after payment is confirmed. However, depending on the product type, the delivery of the product may be delayed somewhat.

    Exchange / Return
    Each product, according to the order, simple exchange, the refund is different

    Be sure to purchase the detailed page content.

    • Products cannot be replaced or refunded after production (if quality problems, we will re-manufacture)
    • Subtle contamination, pattern position, fine printout, etc. that occur during the production process and delivery process are not considered defective.
    • Depending on the screen resolution, the colors may vary.
    • Even for the same fabric, slightly different fabric thicknesses may vary slightly.
    • Please be sure to contact us within 48 hours after shipping and delivering defective products.
    • Replaced by the buyer to replace or return the goods, the seller will pay for the replacement or return shipping.
    • Due to the color difference of the resolution, the 1-3cm error caused by the cutting and measuring method will not be the reason for the replacement/refund.
    • If you fail to return within 7 days of defective product/delivery, exchange, refund (including express date), exchange/refund will not be processed.

    Refund policy

    1. We will refund within 3 working days after confirming the return confirmation.
    2. If you pay by credit card, we will cancel your credit card authorization so that you will not be charged.
    (However, if you can pay based on the credit card's payment date, the credit card company will refund your next month's credit card payment.)
